Liam Roussos is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with experience in supporting individuals with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, including Parkinson’s disease. His approach focuses on developing individualised exercise plans to assist with mobility, balance, and functional capacity in line with current clinical guidelines.
Liam holds a Graduate Certificate in Neurological Rehabilitation and is currently completing a Master of Research with a focus on chronic pain management. His professional background includes work in both hospital and community settings, where he has supported clients living with spinal cord injury, stroke, cerebral palsy, and chronic pain.
Liam is committed to person-centred care and collaborates with clients to establish realistic and sustainable movement goals. Outside of work, he enjoys running, touch football, and strength training, and values the role of physical activity in overall wellbeing.
