Qualifications: MSc (Nutr, Diet & Ex. Rehab), APD, AEP
Rachel is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 15 years of experience in hospital and outpatient settings. She has worked with a diverse range of clients to optimise health and manage complex conditions, including Parkinson’s disease.
Her approach is evidence-based and individualised, integrating nutrition and
exercise physiology to translate science into achievable, sustainable goals to support her clients. Rachel values building strong relationships with her clients, taking the time to understand their needs and support them in reaching their health and wellbeing goals.
With an interest in neurological conditions, she has completed the PD Warrior Level 1, Level 2 (Neuroplasticity in Parkinson’s), and Level 3 (Later Stage Parkinson’s) training.
Beyond her professional work, Rachel has a passion for food—particularly Middle Eastern cuisine—and enjoys spending time outdoors gardening, bushwalking, swimming, paddleboarding, or playing soccer with her boys.
