We’re dedicated to delivering outstanding Allied Health services for people with Parkinson’s Disease, and their immediate caregivers (spouses/partners). The Park is a place where you will feel valued and can connect with others who understand your challenges. We are committed to making a positive impact and creating an effective network that truly cares and delivers.
Our physical space includes 2 fully equipped exercise studios and consultation rooms for Allied Health services. As we expand into additional space we will have a boutique strength gym and an onsite Café.
Our equipment has been specifically selected for managing Parkinson’s Disease and brain health. We use neurorehabilitation and fitness technology, designed to train the brain and the body to work together more efficiently. By integrating movement with gaming, exercise is not only effective, it becomes a whole lot of fun.

We understand that this comes with its unique set of challenges and we are here to support you – the unsung heroes. You’re not just providing care; you’re likely to be navigating a rollercoaster of emotions, hurdles and stress levels. But you are not alone. It’s more than just services we offer – we’re a community, a tribe of people who’ve got your back. We will journey with you not only to support your role in caring for your loved ones, but also taking care of yourselves.
Valuing people

At the Park, you are not a Parkinson’s patient, you are a kaleidoscope of attributes and characteristics that make you a unique and special human being, who happens to be getting on with life in spite of its challenges. It’s safe to be that person here with us.
Creating awareness and acceptance.

The importance of building awareness and understanding of Parkinson’s Disease in our community cannot be overstated. It’s a game plan with big rewards.
